When I attempt to re-install Quicken 2002, I get a
message that "UnInstallShield" must be de-activated
before I can install the program. How do I de-activate
UnInstallShield?
 
Did you first uninstall Quicken before reinstalling? If
not, you should go to your Control Panel, click on
Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Quicken. Then try re-
installing again. Don't worry, you won't lose your
Quicken files as a result of uninstalling. If that
doesn't work, you should probably contact Intuit for
further support on trouble installing their software.
