IS there a way to manually uninstall SP2 and/or insure that it is 100%
removed from your system?

Hi

There should be an entry in Add/Remove Programs to uninstall SP2. Have you
tried there?

I'd follow the advice just listed ... uninstall from the control panel
add/remove. Then I'd also restore the system from the previous day's
point after the removal. I think that would removed all the files.

Yes, I have :)
I am wondering if there are any remnants left behind that I can check for. I
am still having communication problems between to applications (Oracle and
Crystal Reports) that did not exist prior to the upgrade.

Hi

The entry in Add/Remove Programs will fully uninstall SP2. However, I don't
know the two programs you are having a problem with.

Donald;
In that try System Restore to Date/Time before issue started:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore

What do the manufacturers say about SP-2 compatibility?
