If there's no uninstall option in Add/Remove Programs, then the only way to
do it is to format your hard disk and start over.
If you're installing Windows 2000 or Windows NT, you can boot from the CD
into the installation program, which can help you format your hard disk and
install Windows.
If you're installing Windows 9x or Windows ME (first of all... why?), you'll
need to get a DOS boot disk, and use FDISK to repartition your drive (if
you're using the NTFS file system), and then format the disk. From there,
you can run the setup program for Windows.
