I believe I have a piracy Windows XP Pro installed in my
computer. I have no disks for it and the company I got
my computer from is no longer around. I cannot download
any service packs and cannot get help from microsoft
(unpaid support). I currently bought a Windows XP Pro
that has service pack 1 with it. My question is, Is
there a way to uninstall The current Windows program
(without damaging the other files in the computer) and
reinstall the new Windows XP Pro into my computer so I
can be able to get the necessory surrport and download
files I need?

Thank you,
Ray

You need to purchase and use a _legitimate_ full retail copy of
WinXP Pro to perform a repair (a.k.a. in-place upgrade) installation,
using the new CD and Product Key.
