Uninstalling sp2?

If I uninstall SP2 , will my system go back to sp1, like
it was before I updated to sp2? My system restore program
will not work after sp2 was installed.

Hi,

It should, but have you tried stopping and restarting System Restore?
Start/run services.msc, scroll down to the service and double click it. Stop
it, set the startup type to disabled. Reboot when finished, then reverse the
steps.
