I just converted from 98 to XP.... I know finally.

I am logged in as the System Admin. I was removing old programs. Two programs ( Business Pro 4.0 and Norton Internet Security 2002) gave me the following error when I tried to remove them:

ERROR 1606 COULD NOT ACCESS NETWORK LOCATION
<COMMON ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS>.ALLUSERS

HELP ANY IDEAS!!!!!

The usual solution is to reinstall the programs to the current location and
than uninstall them. However, with Norton verify first that Norton Internet
Security 2002 is compatible with Windows XP. If not, Symantec usually has
manual removal directions on the support site.
