Uninstalling 'Running' programs that shouldn't exist

I've been trying to uninstall MoodLogic from my computer
since the day I retured the MP3 player it came with.
Every time I try though, I get the error message
"Uninstall cannot proceed!
The uninstaller cannot proceed because the MoodLogic is
running.
Please find and quit the application, and run uninstall
again."

I don't know where I need to begin to search to find
the "hidden" part of the program.

Ideas and suggestions are most welcome... please.
Thanks

Boot into Safe Mode (press F8 before Windows loads) and then
delete the program. You can also try opening the task
manager to shutdown all but MS programs and services.

Post back on this same thread if you have problems.

Reboot to Safe Mode and uninstall it:
Reboot tapping F8 each second.
Select Safe Mode at the menu.

Use msconfig.exe to disable all startup programs and then reboot. Or
reboot into Safe Mode. Then try the uninstall.
