Hello
As I no longer us a Samsung mobile phone, I attempted to uninstall via
Control Panel, the Samsung PC Studio 3 software on my computer. I get a
error message:

Error Code: -5005 : 0x80070002
Error Information:
Kernel\KernelMedia.cpp (95)
SetupNew\setup.cpp (836)
PAPP:Samsung PC Studio 3
PVENDOR:Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (http://www.samsungmobile.com)
PGUID:C4A4722E-79F9-417C-BD72-8D359A090C97

I contacted Samsung and the are not interested. (Unfortunately we are also
unable to decipher the error message that you have prescribed in your
enquiry. I suggest contacting a PC expert to assist you with this issue you
are experiencing.)

What other options do I have to uninstall this program?

Thanking you in advance for any advise / help.

John

Two suggestions:

- Re-install the program over the current installation, then uninstall
it. Temporarily disable your antivirus while uninstalling.

- Boot up into Safe Mode and uninstall from there.

Re-install and then in Safe mode uninstall using the Windows default uninstaller. Do
not use any other uninstaller programs like Revo or similar since you have a Kernel
error showing which can cause a more complicated issue when using a 3rd party
uninstaller

Do as Nil posted or as I did .
