My fiance was considering uninstalling Internet Explorer since he never uses
it.

If you uninstall Internet Explorer would you also loose Outlook Express
since it is part of Internet Explorer?

Thank You,

Venus :)

Yes, you would lose OE. And the functionality of Windows.

Hi Venus :-)

First, you don't mention what version of Windows you are using. If it is XP,
the answer is, you can not uninstall IE, as it is a core part of the Windows
XP OS. However, if not, then happy to say that the answer is yes, you can
uninstall the IE and still have OE. You just won't have the IE portion to
use with OE.

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.

Hope this helps
