Uninstalling fonts Problem

I have some the fonts installed on the machine, they are installed as
shortcuts in the fonts folder. When I uninstall them they are gone until I
rebooted the machine. Then they are back. Any suggestions on how to get rid
of these.
 
Right click the shortcut(s), click Properties. On the Shortcut tab click
the Find Target button. Delete the real file as well as the shortcut.

Find Target button...
[[Click to open the folder that contains the original item that this
shortcut points to.]]
