uninstalled limewire, StubInstaller.exe still exists

I uninstall limewire, but a c:\StubInstaller.exe file still exists
(that has the limewire icon).

Can I delete it?

Is there anything else left on my system I should delete?

If you used the Control Panel's/Add or Remove programs, YES you can
just delete it. But, there are very likely more files to delete. Go to:
Start>Search>Files and Folders and type LIMEWIRE and press OK.
Now you can delete all those it finds. Then go to: Start>Run>
type REGEDIT>click OK>click Find and type LIMEWIRE and click Find.
Now after it finds the first one, rightclick it and delete it, press the F3
Function key to find the next one, etc., till it completes.

I did use Add/Remove programs to uninstall Limewire. I searched my
system for "limewire" and I did find this folder:

C:\Documents and Settings\MYUSERNAME\.limewire

Can I delete it, too?

You obviously did not understand my response - Yes - Delete it and
all other instances it finds relating to LIMEWIRE.
