uninstall xp

I screwed up my netscape mail and user settings by not
moving the files before installing xp. I was under the
impression that I could revert back to 98 - which I'd
like to do so I can save my netscape, and then reinstall
xp. Is this possible, and how do I uninstall xp?
 
Check in Control Panel->Add and Remove Programs for an entry that says
Uninstall Windows XP. That should revert you back to your pre-upgrade state.
