uninstall with no cd

I want to completely wipeout everything on my laptop and start over again with a different version of windows. I cannot find my windowsXP CD and have tried to manually uninstall, but I do not have the add/remove programs option and cannot locate the undo folder in the C drive after choosing to "show hidden files and folders" I've broused through the other threads and can't seem to find someone else in my position. Can someone please help me?
 
Stick the CD with the version of Windows you want to install in the CD drive
and choose the appropriate options.
