Presumably through the Programs and Features section of the control panel.
%AppData% is under the user profile as a hidden system folder here:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData

You only have to type %AppData% in an address bar to get there.

UTorrent isn't installed like typical program. Just find utorrent.exe and
delete it!

There's also the shortcut icons and the user data in %Appdata% to delete.
