i download a trial version of a media recovry software & then bought the full
version. however i can't delete the trial version(which is needed to download
the full version) i'm running xp pro and have tried uninstalling thru the
control panel and deleting the shortcut icon on desktop. i've even gone as
far as doing a system restore to the day before i downloaded the trial
verion(someone told me this might work, since it gets the system back to what
was on that day), but nothing seems to work. is there anyway to delete the
software?/

thanks

Try to uninstall it while in safe mode,If that doesn't help reinstall the
trial version then attempt to uninstall it.
Sometimes the uninstall .exe gets corrupted and the reinstallation of the
trial version may replace this file .
