Does anyone know if it's possible to uninstall sysprep
for XP? I ask the question because it's our first time
at using sysprep and we want to first test it out before
using?

We may have additional changes to make to the system
we're cloning and therefore want to know if we can merely
rerun sysprep again on the same machine or have to
uninstall and reinstall it?

Thanks for any help.

Best bet for testing with Sysprep is to make a straight (no sysprep) of your
pc. Use this as your 'master' or 'base' image.
Work directly with this image when you are making any additions or
corrections. When done, back up your previous base image and make a new base
image out of this one.
Then bring it back up, do your final cleanup or whatever and then sysprep.
The base image can only be put on the exact pc you made it on. The Sysprep
can be used for your deployment.

There is some issue to the limit of the number of times it is recommented
to sysprep the same image. For some reason, 7 sticks out, although that may
not be correct. In my opinion, it is better to work with a non-syspreped
image and to sysprep it once it has been finalized.
Email me if you have any questions.
