Uninstall Service pack1

I recently installed service pack 1.
since then everthing has slowed down and hangs.
system restore wont let me go back to before sp1
was downloaded.
Anyone know how to unistall the service pack?

If you have a Disc without service pack 1 included just

do an "upgrade install" or a "repair install" and you
will have no updates whatso ever and a good chance of all
files untouched. Turn your Firewall on as soon as you get
through your "install" first thing.......
