Making a long story short, during the process of
upgrading my
motherboard, I inadvertently installed another
version of Win2K into
C:\WinNT. The one I want to keep is C:\Windows. How
do I uninstall the
C:\WinNT installation of Windows2K?

Delete from explorer, modify yr boot.ini to remove any ref to second
