Hi,

I recently uninstalled Microsoft mappoint. Now, whenever I try to use an
office application such as Excel and Outlook I get an error that says
cwildeman\application data\microsoft\addins\C:\program files\common
files\microsoft shared\geography\mpoai9.dll. I click on ok and then the
error message goes away but I would like to get rid of it. I think there is
some place in my regedit where I can go in and delete this. Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Chuck,

For Outlook.

1.On the Tools menu, click Options.
2.Click the Other tab, and then click Advanced Options.
3.Click Add-In Manager.
4.In the Add-In Manager dialog box, uncheck the Microsoft mappoint add-in.
5.Click OK three times.

Excel:

From the Tools menu, click Add-Ins.
