Uninstall MSAS

Hi.
I try to uninstall MS antispyware and install a new one.
But it can't be done. Is this because it's beta?

What have you tried, and what happens--what error message do you get?

Microsoft Antispyware should uninstall properly in either of the two builds
distributed so far.

Are you trying to install the newer build of Microsoft Antispyware, or a
different product? The newer build can be installed without removing the
previous one--it will perform an upgrade.

There are no errors. When i finished a new installation
it all there. Even the number of infected files in the
last installation.

That's good--so are you where you want to be at the moment? The uninstall
leaves both some files in the installation directory, and some registry
entries. My sense of the files left behind is that they allow you to resume
where you left off if you later reinstall. This may be a beta-only
process--not sure. I believe that's why you saw the counts, etc, stay the
same.
