Found this on a google search
I experinced the same problem with incredimail and here's how you could
delete incredimail completely. First, click on "start", then, click on
"run", then type "REGEDIT.EXE". Once you've done this, search on the
word "Incredimail" and you can do this by clicking "Ctrl F". You type
the word "Incredimail" and when you find this, press DELETE. After
deleting, just press "F3" to search more about Incredimail extended
files. Again, you press DELETE until you finish searching on the word
Incredimail. THIS WILL SOLVE YOUR MISERY WITH REGARDS TO INCREDIMAIL.
