Uninstall-How to-program not in add-delete section

How do I unistall a program that is not listed in the
control "add/remove" folder? And, the program itself does
not have an uninstall feature.
I looked under windows/inf/svchost and removed all
the"HIDE" text.

Assuming the program was installed using a setup program,
try reinstalling to see if it places the entry in
add/remove programs.

I do not have the set program. In fact not sure how
program go installed, unless as part of some other
installation.

Any other suggestions?
