Uninstall Error

I am trying to install some children's software and I keep getting Error no.
-2147024891. I tells me I may not be able to UNINSTALL this software then
pops the error box up. I have no idea what to do to fix this.
Other information in the error box includes:
Media Name: DATA
Component: Disk <1>
File Group: <DISK1>DISK1 FILES (1)
File: C:\ProgramFiles\InstallShield
Information\{747C231B-062D-4586-8221-8E7870987D5B}
Error No. -2147024891

Some Possible Causes:
1. Dirty or defective CD-ROM drive.
2. Conflicts with the InstallShield program.
3. Symantec's Norton Antivirus virus-protection program is running.
Turn Norton Antivirus off long enough to try to install.
4. The Windows Temp folder is full.
Empty %windir%\Temp or C:\WINDOWS\Temp
Start | Run | Type or paste this in the box and click OK.

Press Ctrl + A to select everything, right click and select Delete. Click
Yes to the popup.

Empty your temporary folder.
Start | Run | Type or paste this in the box and click OK.
