I have 137 files such as these listed below in my windows folder,

$NtUninstallKB820291$
$NtUninstallKB823182$(2)
$NtUninstallKB823559$
$NtUninstallKB824105$
$NtUninstallQ317277$

I can't find any info on what these are. I would like to delete them, but
need to know what they are.

They are the uninstall files for the Microsoft updates and hot fixes.
If you delete them then you will be unable to uninstall these
patches/hot fixes.

Hi

If you think that you will never want to uninstall those updates, then those
folders/files can be deleted - yes. However, if you have lots of disk may I
suggest you leave them in place - just in case...
