Unhandled Exception c0000005

When I boot up my computer I get <Unhandled Exception
c0000005 at Address 100016b8> I click OK and then it
tells me:

PromulGate Universal has encounteed a problem and needs
to close.

Then it asks if I want to send the error report to
Microsoft. Sometimes I do and sometimes I don't but it
doesn't make much difference since the error keeps coming
up and Microsoft doesn't respond (I don't really expect
them to).

After that my computer runs just fine but I don't like
having an unhandled error.

Promulgate is spyware. 1) scan with current antivirus using updated
definitions; 2) remove spyware with tools such as Spybot S&D
(www.security.kolla.de) and/or Ad-aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) - note
that it is a good idea to do virus and spyware scans in Safe Mode; 3)
delete temporary and Temporary Internet Files; 4) stop unnecessary
services/programs from running at startup (see www.blackviper.com for a
listing of services). Be sure you are running a current antivirus
program using updated definitions.
