When logging into Windows XP Home Edition. Looked on
Technet but the solution they gave did not help. Anyone
else have any other suggestions?

Here's a link to a site that has a lengthy list of Stop Error Messages, and
what they commonly mean:

better yet, use ctrl+f, putting your error in the search field)

Hi,

Likely because you installed Kazaa file-sharing. Control Panel/Add & Remove,
uninstall any/all of the following if they exist: Delfin, Pgmonitr,
Promulgate Universe. Removing these add-on bits of spy and adware will not
affect your ability to use the file sharing software.
