unexpected system shutdown

I am having an extremely hard time figuring out what is going on with my computer
I have a vaio notebook- pcg-grz660. It has spontaneous shutdowns all the time. Sometimes I will get the blue screen, sometimes it just shuts down. I am noticing it happens when I am doing anything on photoshop, scanning any of the drives, chatting online or if I am just typing for a 15 minute period non-stop. I have checked for viruses and I am protected by trend micro.

what kind of trojan or malware protection do ya have.
after you check for those things, try restore or safe
mode last good config.
