unexpected restart

i have been having problems with my computer restarting
unexpectedly. i can be in a middle of a game or when the
computer is idle, it will just restart help please and

Hi

Are getting any error messages? Does your PC go to Blue Screen - if not right click on My Computer, select Properties and then the Advanced tab. Click on Settings under Startup and Recovery and uncheck 'Automatically restart'. Next time your computer reboots, you should see a Blue Screen with a Stop Code on it. Could please post that Stop Code back here? It could help isolate your problem.
