Unexpected reboots and stalls

I bought a P4, 2.3 about a year ago and it worked great
until a few months ago. First what started (most often
while using IE6, is the screen would black out and a
short while later, it would return. Thinking it may be
due to a virus, I formated/fdisked and reloaded XP. Now,
it does that plus it does unexpected reboots. Good
thing, it's still under warranty and I will be bring it
in if I can't solve it.
I've removed the NIC, RAM and Video card and reseated
them.
The only thing I think it may be is the motherboard or
ram. All suggestions welcomed.

My first suggestion would be to install a virus detection
application. Some viruses can not be eliminated by simply
reformatting the drive. (I learned the hard way) If your
problem is a virus, try the following sight.
