Unexpected Crash

A couple of times I have been using Nero 6 it has crashed and the error
message that has appeared has referred to DrWatson Postmortem Debugger, I
have never installed or heard of this program before so was wondering if it
was a part of windows or is it a piece of rogue software. It also refers to
files in the TEMP folder which makes me suspect something is not right.

It's part of windows XP.
