Undoing filter key settings

When I inadvertently held my finger on the shirt key, I got the pop-up message about filter keys. I made the mistake of choosing the wrong option and changing to settings I do not want. I can't figure out how to get my original settings back and I've searched all over the place for information

I have found nothing on my searches that gives me the relevant information and nothing on any drop-down menu that would take me back to that pop-up screen

What is the fix for this situation?

Hi Nancy

On the Windows toolbar, click Start > Settings > Control Panel >
Accessibility Options. In the middle of the dialog, uncheck the "Use
Filterkeys" box.

If you don't want Filterkeys popping up at you, click the Settings button
next to that box, and uncheck the one for "Use shortcut".
