undo "remove startup?"

I used AntiSpyware to permanently remove a list of startup programs. I
overdid it and want to put some of these removed programs back. Question:â€
How does one put a program back into the startup?â€

You can also locate a file called "Start Menu" then open your "programs" file
and in it you should see a file called "Startup". You can put a shortcut to
any program with an .exe extension in this folder and the program will
automatically run at start-up.
