undo move email

[DLL]

When I move an email accidently to the wrong folder, I can't move it back to
the proper place. Is there a setting I can change to correct this?

It should work immediately after moving the message. But if you switch the
folder, undo isn't possible anymore.

What do you mean you can't move it back? Have you tried grabbing it and
dragging it back to the proper place?

What happens when you try?

I get a text box saying something like 'cannot move this email as it is
restricted or has already been moved'. I'm finding this is an intermittent
problem, but I can't find any common characteristic in the emails that can't
be moved. Yesterday I found after I shut down Outlook and opened it later in
the day, the email that wouldn't move previously could then be moved. Odd.
