I will like to know how I can set up the To: part of the e-mail to sghow
undisclosed recipients instead of the names of all people I am sending them
to. I have seen it in some e-mails but do not know how to do it. Sometimes I
see the e=mail sent to the same sender's account.
Help

Define a contact named "Undisclosed Recipients" which goes to your
e-mail account (the same one in the From or Reply-To fields). Then put
all your recipients in the Bcc field. This will show "Undisclosed
Recipients" in the To header, none of the Bcc e-mail addresses will get
disclosed, and you will get a copy of your own message in your mailbox
(you can define a rule to delete e-mails sent to yourself by yourself if
you don't want to keep those duplicates since a copy gets saved in the
Sent Items folder).

Thank you very much Vanguard!!

Be warned that many spam filters will trigger on "Undisclosed
Recipients" in the To or Cc headers. So don't be surprised if
recipients never get your message if they have server-side spam
filtering enabled or use client-side anti-spam products (that delete
rather than move spam-tagged messages). Since you are already known as
the sender then just put yourself in the To field (i.e., define a
contact for you and use that one in the To field).

When I tried this I only see cc in the new message and it discloses the
recipient e-mail. How do I Bcc?

When composing a message, use the "View -> Bcc Field" menu.

When you click the To button, you'll be presented with the options of using
To, Cc, or Bcc.
