I would like to send an email to many recipients but do not want to disclose
their email addresses. I can put their name in bcc but cannot put
Undisclosed recipients in the To column. Can someone advise how to better
handle such scenario.

Thanks,

Scott

Create a record in your address book with the name of "Undisclosed
Recipients" and which has your own e-mail address (the recipients
already have your e-mail address as the sender so giving it in this
special contact record gives them nothing that they didn't have before).

Note that some spam filters will block such messages. Instead of using
"Undisclosed Recipients" as the name in your special contact record, use
a name that is indicative of the mailing list you are using, like
"Scott's Newsletter" or "Scott wants to sell your something".

Hi Vanguard,

Thanks for your guidance. It will show my email address in the To column,
not undisclosed recipients instead.

The To and Cc fields show e-mail addresses. Those include the comment
field (aka name) and the address field. Why is it important for YOU to
see "Undisclosed Recipients" in the To field in the view you use in your
e-mail client? You want the comment field to show "Undisclosed
Recipients" to the recipients of your e-mail. You cannot control
whether the comment or address field are displayed in the recipient's
e-mail client for received e-mails.

You could change the Display As field for the "Undisclosed Recipients"
contact record you defined in your e-mail client. That will do nothing
regarding the recipient's configuration of their e-mail client.
