under firewall how to use rdp client?

You can't get through a firewall, that's what it does, it
blocks people from getting in. You have to set up port
forwarding on the firewall in order to use rdp.
 
Depends if you are able to change the listening port on the server.
If not, all you can do, is open up port 3389 on the server.
