"Undeliverable" message when sending email through dialpup Netsca.

At home, I get an "Undeliverable" message when I send Outlook email through
dialup Netscape (yes, I'm already connected), but I can receive email. When
I'm at work on cable Internet, I can send and receive through Outlook with no
problems.

When I check Netscape Help, I could only find info on how to pull Netscape
email into Outlook, which isn't my problem.

You should contact your ISP and ask them to let the mails through. Lots of
ISPs block mail being sent from other domains than their own, although you
can generally receive them.
