Undeliverable e-mail

I have a user who has a distribution group set up to send press releases to
various newspapers all over the area. He is getting an error on three of
them saying: "you are not authorized to send to this address"; one of which
he sent an email to the webmaster at (e-mail address removed) and received a
reply. When trying to send to (e-mail address removed)(same server) he
gets the error. I am not that familiar with Outlook/Exchange and would like
to solicit help on where to begin resolving this problem. Thanks in advance

Can you post the exact text of the error? What version of Outlook? It
sounds like you have an Exchange server - is that correct? If so, what
version?
