Undeleting or finding lost files

Anyone know how to do this ...one of the peer to peer
programs deleted a BUNCH of pics and docs from my
computer.
HELP this stuff is VERY important.

P2P programs don't do this by themselves. You've probably picked up a
virus. You can try data recovery software such as Ontrack Easy Recovery
or others. You don't want to install anything on the machine with the
data to be recovered, though, and you'd better be sure you don't have a
virus infection.
