You all must have wanted to do it...
Is there any way to undelete emails that have been fdeleted from the deleted
folder.

Not unless you're using a Exchange Server with the recovery option available

As Vince said, it's straight-forward if you're using Exchange and the
Exchange admins have enabled the option. However, for a PST, see if this
