Undelete redirected My Documents

If My Documents is redirected to a users home directory on the server, is
there any way to recover deleted files and folders. They obviously don't go
to the recycle bin

Only from your backup medium.
 
Thanks, I thought so. May look at Undelete from Executive.

Is there a way to save to the local C: drive and sync periodically to the
home directory on the server via group policy perhaps.

Just a thought.

You can use offline files, or third party sync software, but I wouldn't do
either on a LAN. It's also no guarantee. Train your users, and perhaps
install Undelete as well.
