Undelete photo file.

I made a mistake and deleted a file on my zip disk that
contained some pictures I wanted to keep. All the other
files (with photos) are ok. I have not added or deleted
any other files sence this happened.

Is there sny wsy to undelete this file? I know the file
name and the approx # of picts and file size.

I am using Windows XP Home edition.

Any help will be appricated.......... Thanks Ian.
 
There are special software programs that will
recover deleted files. Here are two examples:

RecoverMyFiles
http://www.recovermyfiles.com/

You can download the program and search for
the missing files...you have to pay for a license
in order to restore the files.

Here's another possibility:

FileRescuePlus3

Try the freeware Digital Image Recovery at

I formatted a Compact Flash card and still successfully recovered files!

Every time you delete, the information goes to the Recyle
Bin. So, press Restore and it should restore the info to
its original folder or file, that is, if you did note
empty your Recyle Bin. Let me know if it works.
