Undelete emails & folders in a PST file

Hello, is there any tool or any feature that would allow
me to undelete emails & folders I deleted in a PST file ?
I was looking at a folder and I moved this folder by
mistake to the recycle bin of my PST file. Then right
away, I've made the bin empty before I understood my
mistake !!!
Any hint would be greatly appreciated as I'm really in a
bad shape. I've lost hundreds of critical emails ...
