If you're connected to an Exchange Server, and your Exchange Administrator
has turned on deleted item recovery, you may be able to do this. If you're
using Exchange, navigate to your deleted items folder. Then go to the tools
menu. Then choose Recover Deleted Items.
If you're not connected to an Exchange server, and the item you want is not
in your Deleted items folder, there's really nothing you can do.
