Undeletable folders

Really big trouble:
A program created two folders starting like this: " xxx... ...xxx", see the
blank space before the first letter. I want to remove these two folders but I
can´t system has no access to this folders, so I can't even rename them or
anything else, even in protected mode. This folders are held at "My
documents" folder so I just can't delete that folder because it is a system
folder.
Need help, thanks.
