I had a file (mp3) owned by administrator, with the following user as
the only one with permissions in W2Kpro:

S-1-5-21-839522115-484763869-1957994488-500

I wonder what is this. Is this a name convention of some sort?
Could this be a real user refered by an ID or something?
I only have 3 users, admin, my account and guest (disabled).
Thanks. Bye.

This is a SID, or security ID. Each user has a SID, which is how
permissions are really assigned. One reason why you see the SID could
be because this system was part of a Domain but is no longer and the
Domain group entry was orphaned (leaving the SID instead of its
user-friendly group name).
