Unclear pictures

Whenever I receive photos or go to a site that shows
pictures, the pictures appear very jagged. Changing the
resolution does not have any effect. Suggestions?
 
Try upgrading the video card drivers. What are you using to view the
pictures? Do you have any software that shows the pictures crisply? If so,
what?
