Unble to snd messages snce switching computers

I just upgradedto a new computer running Windows Vista with Microsoft Mail
from a computer running Windows XP with Outlook Express. I can receive
messages but cannot send.

Subject 'tyest', Account: 'My Mail', Server: 'smtp-server.twcny.rr.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '250 SIZE 30996480', Port: 25, Secure(SSL):
Yes, Server Error: 250, Error Number: 0x800CCC7D

Are you sure that SSL is required? You have it turned on. Try turning it
OFF.

Are you trying to send a 30 megabyte message? Some ISPs won't allow that.
Try emailing yourself with a very small message and see if that works.

You might also try removing your mail account and then closing and reopening
WinMail and then adding it back again.

The server is misreading one of the commands sent to it by WM, probably
because it isn't equipped to recognize the SSL handshake.
