Unbelievable email spam?

How can I get rid of this spam from microsoft, ms inet email delivery system
etc. I must get close to 200 messages everyday with this worthless stuff. I
know it is not microsoft but do you guys have a solution for this. I am
almost ready to abandon my email account...

Use filters, rules, etc.
And/or use a third party application lik Spambayes.

quote your E-Mail address on this site, or any other for
that matter as some inadequate will see it as an
opportunity to SPAM. Change your E-Mail address.

emailaddress. MICROSOFT dont do anything to help so the
best thing is to either get anti-spam softwate or change
your address and learn from the lesson. A message for all
u spammers, i hope your mothers get cancer

My aren't we in a testy mood today. ms has sort of done all they can do
about this by issuing warnings, not that that will help much mind you as
there's just too many folks out there who don't use common sense ;).

Larry about all you can do is set up a filter to delete the email and
weather the storm till it eventually passes. Have you considered getting
a 3rd party app that you can use to clean up your email off the server
before dl'ing it?

THEY RELEASED WINDOWS XP THERE WAS A FLAW WHICH ALLOWS
THE NEW FORM OF MESSANGER SPAM TO GET TO U ,I HAVE
ALREADY WRITEN, 2 MICROSOFT BUT THEY DONT WANT TO ADDRESS
THE PROBLEM. AS THEY HAVE NOT REPLYED TO ME AND THAT WAS
5 DAYS AGO.LOZZA
 
heh our company bought an anti spam software, and all it
does is add rules to the outlook filters. Do it yourself,
its pretty easy and much cheaper. I've found that blocking
entire countries is powerful, esp canada and europe(lots
of domains). Also all the free/unethical isps should be
blocked, like aol, yahoo, hotmail, etc. (aol refuses help
deal with multi mailbox spammers and con artists). Disable
non text messages in outlook if you like, or turn off the
viewing window so you have to double click to open a mail.
That way you dont have the html emails doing things to
your machine or displaying objectional images. Always
refuse to return recipts to others, it validates your
address. Never tell them to stop, that adds you to a list
of vaild addresses (that company stops, but your address
is still validated!)

Forward all your spam to your congressmen until they pass
a law =)
