How can I obtain the hotfix related to KB article
KB828940 - Wireless Client Cannot Reconnect to a Wireless
Access Point?

It is unavailable for download.
 
To resolve this problem immediately, contact Microsoft Product Support
Services to obtain the hotfix. For a complete list of Microsoft Product
Support Services phone numbers and information about support costs, visit

Note In special cases, charges that are ordinarily incurred for support
calls may be canceled if a Microsoft Support Professional determines that a

That's my point entirely.

I'm not willing to be billed, at all.

I simply want the patch/fix.

I don't want to talk to a moronic support individual.
I don't want to answer a survey.

I just want to download the patch to get my wireless set
authenticating properly again, as before the XP SP1.

Is this so much to ask for?
